I have been thinking about this for quite some time now. I kind of feel that people are obsessed with the idea of 'next big thing'. Everyone wants to know what is the next big thing in my life. Marriage ? Going abroad? Changing job? Vacation ? Buying something ? Enrolling for a course ?
Is it inevitable, that we should have a 'next big thing' all the time ? I have observed, that people are often not happy; surprised rather, with my answer about the next big thing.
